Application Form
The seminar will be held on 9-15 July 2018.
We ask applicants to fill in the application form linked below. Please explain in detail why you are interested in joining the workshops that you indicated in the form. In addition, we require some information concerning your personal data, food preferences, etc.
The application period is open until 21th May, 23:59:59 CET. The list of participants will be published by the end of May unless a prolongation of the application period will be necessary. At the same time, an unranked waiting list will be announced. Applicants will be informed about the results via e-mail.
Participants will be selected by a committee of ISHA Warsaw members according to the following criteria:
1) At least one person from each section.
2) Quality of motivation.
No preference is given to ISHA officials in the application process.

Fee and Payment
The participation fee for the seminar will be 90€. The fee includes:
– 6 nights in a hostel;
– 3 meals per day;
– a field trip;
– public transport in Warsaw during the seminar;
– free entrance to some institutions, museums etc.;
– guided tours in Warsaw.
Selected participants will be asked to pay 40€ in advance. This first installment of the fee must be paid within a week after the announcement of the participant list. Those who do not pay by that time will be replaced by persons from the waiting list*.
Bear in mind that only members of ISHA are eligible for the 90€ participation fee. If you are not a member you will be asked to fill a membership form and pay an additional 10€ fee for one-year membership in ISHA. However, first-time participants at an ISHA seminar are exempted from paying the membership fee.
* – In special cases, the deadline might be prolonged. We ask participants who are unable to pay at once to contact us via e-mail.
EqualitISHA
We adopt the EqualitISHA system, first introduced by our colleagues from Berlin in occasion of ISHA Autumn Seminar 2016. In brief, the system is aimed at reducing wealth inequalities between the members of ISHA community.
If you want to partake in this noble project, you are asked to pay 5-20€ in addition to the participation fee. That money might help those for whom the fee might result too high.
Those interested in receiving financial assistance shall pay the full fee. However, after the seminar they will obtain a reimbursement, the exact sum of which will depend on the amount of contributions received from benefactors.
We strongly emphasize that the participation in EqualitISHA will in no way affect the application process. The quality of your workshop motivation is all that matters.
ISHA Warsaw
